District Meeting is Fun

^ These sisters are great examples of hard work done with a good measure of fun.

^ The Coulam's are fairly new to our district. We already love them and know that they are working hard to bless the lives of so many including their Stake.
^ At least once each transfer we meet at our home for a district lunch. It is so much fun to be in the presence of these great missionaries. I love them and feel very honored to know them.

^ always remember to be thankful---always.

Zone Meeting

^ Elder Butikofer is our new zone leader.
^ Elders Butikofer and Kelly conducted a very effective zone meeting yesterday where they involved everyone in attendance. Our topic of study this month is PATIENCE. Can I hear an Amen?

^ Elder Tagg played the part of Jesus today. Each person in the room was offered a clementine. Whether your answer was yes or no Elder Tagg did 5 pushups for each individual. I think he did 135 pushups before we were done and it was sweaty hard work. This was a sweet visual of each one of us being served and cared for.
^ Our district went to lunch following the meeting. This is our newest missionary Elder Nielsen. I am so happy he can be here with us.

a mission means change

^ roll playing helps us become more effective missionaries. This is Sister Scotty and Sister Richardson teaching Sister Carlston.
^ here we have Elders Carlston and Holden with Sisters Dodd and Britton.
^ farewell to the Carlston's ... they were great missionaries and came to be our friends.
^ we love our Elders.
^ we had a ward temple night two weeks ago and this SL Temple is amazing to me.
Our zone leaders Elder Holden and Elder Kelly are very good teachers and leaders. We were blessed significantly this transfer with exceeding our goals.

Lidia Nalbandyan is baptized

Lidia is from Armenia and through the faithful efforts of our 27th ward leader and the young Elders she came to be baptized on February 28th, 2015 (This is the photo of Lidia and Tom and Christie Blodgett).
Elders Bentley and Sotolongo had a wonderful message for the many who were gathered there to witness this amazing experience for Lidia. After sharing their testimonies they had a video with Elder Holland speaking about his testimony of the Book of Mormon. It was a very special day and the outpouring of the spirit of the Holy Ghost was palpable.
